Overtime Callback GuaranteeAt 5280 Elevator, Inc. we strive to perform the best quality preventative
maintenance so Overtime trouble calls should not be an issue. 5280
Elevator, Inc. will never spend more than two hours on an overtime callback.
If the elevator is not repaired within that time period the overtime invoice
will be cut in half and the client will receive a 10% off coupon for any
repair or maintenance invoice (for 1 month of maintenance). The customer
should never be penalized for inferior overtime service.
Maintenance Guarantee
At 5280 Elevator, Inc. we are not in a rush to lock you into a 5 year maintenance agreement. Every client will get a 6 month trial period where the maintenance agreement may be cancelled with a 24 hour notice. If you do not agree that you are receiving the best elevator maintenance money can buy then you are able to cancel with no pressure. We are 100% certain that you will not find a better elevator maintenance provider that 5280 Elevator, Inc.!
