Maintenance Guarantee

At 5280 Elevator, Inc. we are not in a rush to lock you into a 5 year maintenance agreement.  Every client will get a 6 month trial period where the maintenance agreement may be cancelled with a 24 hour notice.  If you do not agree that you are receiving the best elevator maintenance money can buy then you are able to cancel with no pressure.  We are 100% certain that you will not find a better elevator maintenance provider that 5280 Elevator, Inc.!

Overtime Callback Guarantee

5280 Elevator, Inc will never spend more than two hours on an overtime callback. If the elevator is not repaired in that time period the overtime invoice will be cut in half and the client will receive a 10% off coupon for any repair or maintenance invoice (for 1 month of maintenance). The customer should never be penalized for inferior overtime service.


Elevator Modernization

Choosing a company to perform a Modernization on your elevator is a huge investment which can leave you questioning your decision to upgrade. At 5280 Elevator, Inc. we are committed to only hiring the best Modernization crews in Denver. Any client who wishes to see first hand the type of Modernizations we do can visit all of our jobs and speak to the owners/managers who we have contracted with. We have nothing to hide and would love to show you the quality of work that we do for everyone.


Cab Interior Upgrades

5280 Elevator, Inc. has completed minor cab interior changes to major cab interior overhaul. We can provide cab interior walls, reveals, handrails, ceilings, lighting and re-cladding work. We have cab lines that we represent and can also complete custom cab applications.


Premier Maintenance

The Premier Elevator Maintenance Agreement covers everything the Premier Plus Elevator Maintenance Agreement covers except overtime callbacks are at an additional charge.


Lubricate and Inspection

The Lubricate and Inspection Maintenance Agreement is ideal for low use buildings that still need professional eyes to examine and lubricate their equipment. Any repairs or adjustments needed will be delivered to you in writing after service has been performed.
