As we grow we hire only the most talented individuals.  We will only grow as large as the Denver talent pool allows.  This will ensure that our clients get what they pay for and our reputation as being the best elevator company in Colorado remains intact.  We do not have aggressive growth targets set forth by CEO’s whose main objective is to increase the share price of their company.  This is an excellent strategy if you are an investor, but not so good if you are looking for quality elevator service.  If we can not provide you with a first class job in every aspect we will not take the work.
